Hey friends, welcome back to Commander Clash! This is the finale of our guest-filled season and we're going out with a bang! We are playing the new Commander 2020 precon decks straight out of the box with no alterations and we've got the perfect guest for the occasion: lead architect for Commander 2020, Gavin Verhey from Wizards of the Coast! We'll be showing off the sweet new decks while getting behind the scenes insights on how the set was built! Here's what we've got:
- Gavin plays Timeless Wisdom, a Jeskai Cycling deck looking to burn through the library while generating huge value, led by the aptly named Gavi, Nest Warden
- Richard plays Symbiotic Swarm, an Abzan Counters deck that uses its graveyard as fuel to beef up its creatures on the battlefield, led by Kathril, Aspect Warper
- Seth plays Enhanced Evolution, a Sultai Mutate deck that stacks together mutate creatures for ever-increasing amounts of value, led by Otrimi, the Ever-Playful
- Tomer plays Ruthless Regiment, a Mardu Human Aristocrats deck that generates a huge Human army, using them to attack and sacrifice them for value, led by Jirina Kudro

This marks the end of our guest-filled season! Please let us know what you thought of this experiment: if people really liked seeing regularly rotating guests then we'll try to do it more in the future.
While this is the end of Season 8, don't worry, we won't be gone long! We plan on taking only one or two weeks off and then we'll be back with Season 9! And I can tell you the roster for the season already: for the first time ever it'll be a fully Goldfish Crew season, with me, Richard, Seth, and Crim returning as regulars!
