Commander Clash S7 E19: Viewer Submitted Playgroup | Riku vs. Roon vs. Selvala vs. Ur-Dragon
Hey friends, welcome back to Commander Clash! We regularly do Viewer Submitted Decks, where we pick random submitted decks to play with. But we're taking the concept to the next level with Viewer Submitted Playgroup, where we each play a deck from the same playgroup! This is really sweet because it's four tuned decks that are balanced to play against each other! Here's what we've got:
- Andrew plays a deck with a single goal: win with Biovisionary, assisted by Riku of Two Reflections (submitted by Zach)
- Crim is actually playing Dragons (?) this time, led by the most dragon-y dragon of them all, The Ur-Dragon (submitted by Matt)
- Seth is unsurprisingly playing Panharmonicon -- I mean Bant Blink -- led by Roon of the Hidden Realm (submitted by Jake)
- Tomer is playing a "Group Hug" deck that "helps" everyone as he combos off with Selvala, Explorer Returned (submitted by Logan)
Four decks representing an entire playgroup, piloted by four people who have no idea what they're doing. Who will punt the least? Let's find out! But first, a quick reminder: if you like Commander Clash and other video content here on MTGGoldfish, make sure to subscribe to the MTGGoldfish Youtube Channel to keep up with the latest and greatest.

Post-Game Thoughts
I loved this episode. The decks were sweet and you can really tell that they were playtested and tuned a bunch, which isn't usually the case for these episodes since we're usually assembling a new deck each week specifically for a single recording session. It's also apparent that these decks are meant to be played together and they felt balanced against each other. Thank you to Logan for reaching out to us with this idea!
I'd love to do this theme again! At least once a season. It may end up being my favorite recurring theme to do!
Next Week: Theros Beyond Death Commanders!
Theros: Beyond Death has been released, so it's time to showcase what the new legendary creatures from the set can do as commanders! Let's check out these sweet new cards!
