Fish Five-0: Abzan Sky Noodle
Kaldheim has so many sweet Sagas coming that I can't help but think of all the value that Yorion, Sky Nomad will bring. This is a list that was originally by fandenunu but I made some modifications and came up with this...
Gameplan
Most of our deck's value is from being able to take advantage of blinking our permanents with Yorion, Sky Nomad
Yorion aka Sky Noodle is able to blink any number on nonland permanents, which can reset our Sagas like Elspeth Conquers Death and Elspeth's Nightmare! But of course, we also have creatures like Solemn Simulacrum aka Sadbot 9000 & Acolyte of Affliction! We also don't mind a little bit of self mill as we have our own way of getting everything back in Eerie Ultimatum!
We don't have access to blue mana so we're losing out on a card like Dance of the Manse. However, we do have access to our Ultimatum in green which arguably could be better in some situations as we can grab back creatures and planeswalkers ontop of our Enchantments!
Conclusion
The deck felt does exactly what I like out of my midrange decks! The question as we move into Kaldheim is which Yorion variant got the most toys to play with? So far, I feel the Mardu variant got the most so I'll probably start with a Mardu version of Yorion in the coming weeks!
