Instant Deck Tech time! This week for Fishbowl Thursday we're looking at one of the most creative storm decks I've ever seen. Rather than casting a bunch of rituals, we're looking to generate infinite storm count with the combination of Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, Skeletal Changling and Basal Sliver!
