Commander Clash S7 E1: Anything Goes! (Depala vs. Ghired vs. Grismold vs. Kraum & Vial Smasher)
Welcome back to Commander Clash! Did you miss us? I missed us! Having a break is good and all, but man I'm glad to be back with a brand new season! At the end of last season, we bid Richard a temporary farewell, leaving a spot open in our core roster. It's my pleasure to finally announce our new member for this season: Andrew aka MTG Muddstah! If you don't already know who he is, Andrew produces CMD gameplay videos biweekly for his Youtube channel, narrating over a tightly edited footage so you can enjoy a full CMD game in under 20 minutes. If you haven't checked out his stuff yet then I highly encourage it!
We're warming up to the new season with Anything Goes, where we bring whatever we want to play without any thematic restrictions. Here's what we brought:
- Andrew gets aggressive, stampeding with beefy unicorn tokens spurred onward by Ghired, Conclave Exile
- Crim sprinkles some Chaos into the mix, scrambling the battlefield and his opponents' brains with partners Kraum, Ludevic's Opus & Vial Smasher the Fierce
- Seth maximizes the value of death triggers, giving his opponents creatures just so he can kill them and fuel Grismold, the Dreadsower
- Tomer wants to go fast, speeding towards victory with a Dwarf Vehicle Tribal deck led by Depala, Pilot Exemplar
