Commander Clash S3 Episode 3: Theros Gods
Hello and welcome to Commander Clash, a video series where several MTGGoldfish contributors battle in a four player Commander game for fun and bragging rights. With Amonkhet right around the corner and a new cycle of mono colored gods arriving with it, we've decided for this Clash to revisit the original mono colored gods from Theros block. Let's see what we've got:
- Tom summons all the creatures of the deep, including Krakens, Leviathans, and Serpents (oh my!), led by Thassa, God of the Sea
- Jennifer turns Green and smashes the competition with big mana and even bigger creatures with Nylea, God of the Hunt
- Seth squeezes out every bit of card advantage he can find in White with a Pillowfort Control deck championed by Heliod, God of the Sun
- Tomer avoids the temptation of going heavy Stax/Discard and instead builds a Sacrifice deck, killing his own creatures for sweet value to appease Erebos, God of the Dead
Four different Mono Color decks, four different archetypes, but one shared goal: to win! Who will prove to be the most powerful god of them all? Let's find out!
