Instant Deck Tech time! With Miracles dead thanks to the banning of Sensei's Diving Top Legacy is in flux. One of the biggest early winners of the new format seems to be a super aggressive, burn-heavy UR Delver deck which has shot up near the top of the format! Let's break it down for Tier Thursday.
