Instant Deck Tech time! It's War of the Spark week in Instant Deck Tech land! All this week we'll be looking at new decks for War of the Spark Standard! During spoiler season there was some hype for a storm-style combo deck with Ral, Storm Conduit, and based on the early results from the format it seems the hype might be justified. Let's look at Infinite Ral Izzet!
