Instant Deck Tech: Dagger Burn (Standard)

Instant Deck Tech time! Thursday has had a big of an identity crisis lately, so this week we're trying something new: Fishbowl Thursday! Rather than looking at a tournament list, today we'll be checking out one of the spicy lists submitted by one of you! This one came to use through the stream (which happens Tuesday and Thursday evenings at twitch.tv/mtggoldfish), and while I'm not sure it's good, it's pretty clever. Plus, it has Panharmonicon! It's Dowsing Dagger Burn!
