Historic 101: Neon Ninjas
Gameplan
Ninjitsu was a fun mechanic back in original Kamigawa and now that we've returned, Ninjitsu has a flurry of sweet new ninjas!
Thousand-Faced Shadow is exactly what the deck needs as it's both an enabler for ninjutsu as it comes down early and has evasion. It also can be a thing to ninjutsu into play to copy any of our attacking ninjas like Biting-Palm Ninja or Ingenious Infiltrator. The best part is that we get to keep the token! Speaking of Biting-Palm Ninja, that card is a sweet way to disrupt our opponents and force them to respect unblocked attackers. The card also exiles the card we choose.
Conclusion
The deck plays well and is a blast to pilot with difficult tempo decisions. I do think our deck isn't tuned to maximum efficiency to combat control decks in historic as they're loaded with cheap removal spells, so we'll have to work on that. However, if you're a fan of tempo or ninjas, this is a good starting point for your deck!
