Brewer's Minute: Building with Legends
Hey, everyone! It's time for another Brewer's Minute! One of the themes from Dominaria is legendary. In fact, we have legendary creatures at lower rarities like uncommon for the first time in a long while. While being legendary adds some fun flavor to a card, legendary is a drawback when it comes to building decks, since you can only have one of each legend on the battlefield at the same time. This means building decks around legends comes with really tricky decisions. When it is correct to play a full four copies of a legend, even though you'll risk drawing multiples, which is akin to skipping a draw step? What types of legends should be played as two- and three-ofs? What is the math behind these deck-building decisions? Let's break down these questions and more for our Brewer's Minute this week!
