November's FNM Promo is Roast! These are given out at your local Friday Night Magic events — how they are given out varies from store to store, but first and second will always receive one.
Roast has one other printing, which is Uncommon in Dragons of Tarkir.
Roast is a fairly ubiquitous removal spell in the current Standard showing up in a variety of aggressive decks (Mono Red, Jeskai Tempo, etc) and midrange decks (RG Devotion, RG Dragons, etc). Its 5 damage is especially important given the prevalence of Siege Rhino in the format.
