Much Abrew: Magic Arena's Most Hated Card Returns (Timeless)

Hello, everyone, and welcome to another edition of Much Abrew About Nothing! Right now Timeless just might be my favorite format - it's stuffed full of powerful, miserable cards, which is my kind of Magic. Today we're looking to bring back the card that is very likely the most hated in the history of Magic Arena: Nexus of Fate! Nexus was infamous during it time in Standard thanks to its ability to be looped by shuffling back into the library once it resolves to take infinite-ish turns. Well, we can do the same thing now in Timeless, except the deck is even better since we can play another notoriously broken card as our finisher in Field of the Dead. As we ramp into Wilderness Reclamation and then Nexus of Fate our mostly-singleton manabase will give us a bunch of 2/2 Zombies that we can use to beat our opponent down as we take all the turns! Can Magic Arena's most hated card compete in Timeless? Let's find out on today's Much Abrew About Nothing!
