Deck Primer / Description

The goal of the deck is to assemble artifacts until you are able to go infinite.
What sort of infinite do you trigger?
The answer is "Yes."
Heartstone allows for Filigree Sages and Voltaic Construct to cost less for the purpose of untapping a mana rock.
Voltaic Construct requires that you turn your mana rock into a creature first using an effect such as Toymaker, Karn's Touch, or Ensoul Artifact however it is a bit easier to get out as it is an artifact.
The point is once you have that combo you can generate jeff bezos net worth.
If you have Belisarius Cawl out and two artifacts you can draw all of the artifacts from your deck. Even if you're generating that much mana colorless Energy Refractor can be played to filter.
Encroaching Mycosynth will be played at that point to turn the rest of your permanents into artifacts. You may use Belisarius Cawl ability to cycle through the deck drawing "Artifacts" until you find Muzzio, Visionary Architect. Cheat the rest out or play the rest up to you. At this point we can win in multiple ways. We can generate a lot of astartes and give ourselves an extra turn to swing with them at the whole table OR..... You can draw your deck until you hit Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and win by decking yourself.
