Deck Primer / Description

This is a budget Chisei, Heart of Oceans commander deck built around adding and removing counters from a large variety of different cards. Typically by the midgame you should have an engine set up which gives you card advantage through sagas like the Mirari Conjecture and the Antiquities War, mana from cards like Empowered Autogenerator and Pyramid of the Pantheon, and value through cards like Oracles Vault and other sagas. The deck is built in a way to utilize Aminatou's Augury as a way to pull ahead and keep ahead out of seemingly nowhere and plays as a tempo aggro value-engine deck.
