As 2022 draws to a close, it's time to look back and reflect on the year that was. Thankfully, 2022 featured some really sweet $100-or-less budget decks for Modern and Pioneer. So today, we're going to wrap up the year of Budget Magic by counting down the top 10! Of course, we had a bunch of sweet Standard budget decks too, but those are excluded from our countdown today since Standard is always changing thanks to rotation and bans.
