Tarkir: Dragonstorm Instant-Speed Tricks

Rakshasa's Bargain Uncommon Instant Look at the top four cards of your library. Put two of them into your hand and the rest into your graveyard.
White - Static Snare Uncommon Enchantment Flash This spell costs {1} less to cast for each attacking creature. When this enchantment enters, exile target artifact or creature an opponent controls until this enchantment leaves the battlefield.
Coordinated Maneuver Common Instant Choose one — • Coordinated Maneuver deals damage equal to the number of creatures you control to target creature or planeswalker. • Destroy target enchantment.
Lightfoot Technique Common Instant Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature. It gains flying and indestructible until end of turn. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)
Osseous Exhale Common Instant As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may behold a Dragon. (You may choose a Dragon you control or reveal a Dragon card from your hand.) Osseous Exhale deals 5 damage to target attacking or blocking creature. If a Dragon was beheld, you gain 2 life.
Rebellious Strike Common Instant Target creature gets +3/+0 until end of turn. Draw a card.
Absorb Essence Uncommon Instant Target creature gets +2/+2 and gains lifelink and hexproof until end of turn. (Then shuffle this card into its owner's library.)
Duty Beyond Death Uncommon Instant As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice a creature. Creatures you control gain indestructible until end of turn. Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy those creatures.)
Sunpearl Kirin Uncommon Creature Flash Flying When this creature enters, return up to one other target nonland permanent you control to its owner's hand. If it was a token, draw a card. 2/1
- Rally the Monastery Uncommon Instant This spell costs {2} less to cast if you've cast another spell this turn. Choose one — • Create two 1/1 white Monk creature tokens with prowess. • Up to two target creatures you control each get +2/+2 until end of turn. • Destroy target creature with power 4 or greater. two 1/1s
Anafenza, Unyielding Lineage Rare Creature Flash First strike Whenever another nontoken creature you control dies, Anafenza endures 2. (Put two +1/+1 counters on it or create a 2/2 white Spirit creature token.) 2/2
Blue Humbling Elder Common Creature Flash When this creature enters, target creature an opponent controls gets -2/-0 until end of turn. 1/2
Spectral Denial Uncommon Instant This spell costs {1} less to cast for each creature you control with power 4 or greater. Counter target spell unless its controller pays {X}.
Dispelling Exhale Common Instant As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may behold a Dragon. (You may choose a Dragon you control or reveal a Dragon card from your hand.) Counter target spell unless its controller pays {2}. If a Dragon was beheld, counter that spell unless its controller pays {4} instead.
Skimming Strike Common Instant Tap up to one target creature. Draw a card. (Then shuffle this card into its owner's library.)
Chilling Screech Uncommon Instant Counter target spell with mana value 2 or less. (Then shuffle this card into its owner's library.)
Fresh Start Uncommon Enchantment Flash Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets -5/-0 and loses all abilities.
/ Focus the Mind Common Instant This spell costs {2} less to cast if you've cast another spell this turn. Draw three cards, then discard a card.
Riverwalk Technique Common Instant Choose one — • The owner of target nonland permanent puts it on their choice of the top or bottom of their library. • Counter target noncreature spell.
Coil and Catch Rare Instant Flying When this creature enters, return up to two other target nonland permanents to their owners' hands.
Whirlwing Stormbrood Uncommon Creature Flash Flying You may cast sorcery spells and Dragon spells as though they had flash. 4/3
Bewildering Blizzard Uncommon Instant Draw three cards. Creatures your opponents control get -3/-0 until end of turn.
Black / Caustic Exhale Common Instant As an additional cost to cast this spell, behold a Dragon or pay {1}. (To behold a Dragon, choose a Dragon you control or reveal a Dragon card from your hand.) Target creature gets -3/-3 until end of turn.
Desperate Measures Uncommon Instant Target creature gets +1/-1 until end of turn. When it dies under your control this turn, draw two cards.
Alesha's Legacy Common Instant Target creature you control gains deathtouch and indestructible until end of turn. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)
/ Dragon's Prey Common Instant This spell costs {2} more to cast if it targets a Dragon. Destroy target creature.
Unrooted Ancestor Uncommon Creature Flash {1}, Sacrifice another creature: This creature gains indestructible until end of turn. Tap it. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.) 3/2
Wail of War Uncommon Instant Choose one — • Creatures target opponent controls get -1/-1 until end of turn. • Return up to two target creature cards from your graveyard to your hand.
Cruel Truths Common Instant Surveil 2, then draw two cards. You lose 2 life. (To surveil 2, look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.)
Red Fire-Rim Form Common Enchantment Flash Enchant creature When this Aura enters, enchanted creature gains first strike until end of turn. Enchanted creature gets +2/+0.
Molten Exhale Common Sorcery You may cast this spell as though it had flash if you behold a Dragon as an additional cost to cast it. (To behold a Dragon, choose a Dragon you control or reveal a Dragon card from your hand.) Molten Exhale deals 4 damage to target creature or planeswalker.
Twin Bolt Common Instant Twin Bolt deals 2 damage divided as you choose among one or two targets.
Seize Opportunity Common Instant Choose one — • Exile the top two cards of your library. Until the end of your next turn, you may play those cards. • Up to two target creatures each get +2/+1 until end of turn.
Overwhelming Surge Uncommon Instant Choose one or both — • Overwhelming Surge deals 3 damage to target creature. • Destroy target noncreature artifact.
Narset's Rebuke Common Instant Narset's Rebuke deals 5 damage to target creature. Add {U}{R}{W}. If that creature would die this turn, exile it instead.
Green Snakeskin Veil Common Instant Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. It gains hexproof until end of turn. (It can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.)
Heritage Reclamation Common Instant Choose one — • Destroy target artifact. • Destroy target enchantment. • Exile up to one target card from a graveyard. Draw a card.
Piercing Exhale Common Instant As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may behold a Dragon. (You may choose a Dragon you control or reveal a Dragon card from your hand.) Target creature you control deals damage equal to its power to target creature or planeswalker. If a Dragon was beheld, surveil 2.
Sarkhan's Resolve Common Instant Choose one — • Target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn. • Destroy target creature with flying.
Multi-Color Auroral Procession Uncommon Instant Return target card from your graveyard to your hand.
Frontline Rush Uncommon Instant Choose one — • Create two 1/1 red Goblin creature tokens. • Target creature gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of creatures you control. two 1/1s
Songcrafter Mage Rare Creature Flash When this creature enters, target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard gains harmonize until end of turn. Its harmonize cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may cast that card from your graveyard for its harmonize cost. You may tap a creature you control to reduce that cost by {X}, where X is its power. Then exile the spell.) 3/2
Fangkeeper's Familiar Rare Creature Flash When this creature enters, choose one — • You gain 3 life and surveil 3. (Look at the top three cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.) • Destroy target enchantment. • Counter target creature spell. 3/3
Inevitable Defeat Rare Instant This spell can't be countered. Exile target nonland permanent. Its controller loses 3 life and you gain 3 life.
New Way Forward Rare Instant The next time a source of your choice would deal damage to you this turn, prevent that damage. When damage is prevented this way, New Way Forward deals that much damage to that source's controller and you draw that many cards.
Jeskai Revelation Mythic Instant Return target spell or permanent to its owner's hand. Jeskai Revelation deals 4 damage to any target. Create two 1/1 white Monk creature tokens with prowess. Draw two cards. You gain 4 life. two 1/1s
