Standard Showdown Booster Opening

As you probably know right now, Wizards is running a sweet promotion call the Standard Showdown which is a series of Saturday tournaments (for the next three weeks, with the first one happening last Saturday) at local game stores. One of the perks of the tournaments is that they are awarding Standard Showdown boosters as prizes. These three-card booster come with two Standard-legal rares or mythics, and one foilMasterpiece series cards show up in the foil slot at a relatively high rate (one in 33 packs). You can also get these boosters by buying a booster box this holiday season from your local game store as a sort of buy a box promo!

Anyway, since Wizards is pretty awesome, they hooked us up with three Standard Showdown boosters to crack open for you today. Can the hot running from our 100 Treasure Chest opening continue? Let's see! Don't forget: if you enjoy the series (and haven't already), make sure to subscribe to the MTGGoldfish YouTube Channel!
