Single Scoop: Have You Simply Tried Reanimating More? (Historic)

Gameplan

We joked about how it might just be better to play a full reanimator package in Historic as opposed to the Greasefang package. There might be some truth to that as we attempt to fuse both reanimator packages today!

$ 0.00 $ 0.00

Fusing both reanimator plans means we'll get to also use cards like Priest of Fell Rites + Serra's Emissary and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite! This means we won't be as reliant on Greasefang and going all-in for our graveyard. Of course, we lose to Rest in Peace but I think we're just going to accept that loss.

Conclusion

The deck is way more fragile to graveyard hate but doesn't care too much about removal. We do sometimes get clunky starts as all the bombs could be in our hand, but hopefully cards like Cathartic Reunion and Faithless Looting can help us with that. Also, don't be afraid to Thoughtseize yourself!
