Possible New Cards from Commander 2017

Yesterday the internet was ablaze with possible from Commander 2017. Originating from a since shutdown Instagram account, the pictures show a variety of reprints (notably the Fate Reforged Legendary Dragons), as well as some new Dragons and Dragon-related cards. We don't know the authenticity of these cards, so take them with a grain of salt. Commander 2017 release August 25, 2017.

Whenever you cast a spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Ramos, Dragon Engine for each of that spell's colors.
Remove five +1/+1 counters from Ramos: Add {W}{W}{U}{U}{B}{B}{R}{R}{G}{G} to your mana pool. Activate this ability only once each turn.
