Phyrexia: All Will Be One Instant-Speed Tricks

This is a list of all the instant-speed tricks in Phyrexia: All Will Be One. Each color is sorted by converted mana cost.

There is only one way to get a creature that can block at instant speed (Chrome Prowler), so you don't have to worry much about surprise blockers.
There are a lot of instant-speed pump spells: four in White, one in Blue, one in Black (plus Whisper of the Dross which will often serve as a combat trick instead of outright removal), two in Red, and three in Green. While I don't generally like running more than one or two pump spells, it's possible that they might be better in this format since there is relatively little instant-speed removal outside of Red.
There are a number of ways to unexpectedly get poison counters, either directly (Prologue to Phyresis and Infectious Bite), through proliferate (Experimental Augury, Whisper of the Dross, Volt Charge, Serum Snare, and Reject Imperfection), from instant-speed creatures with toxic (Charge of the Mites), or by a creature that is made toxic (Aspirant's Ascent). This means you probably want to try to stay below eight poison counters.

	-	Plated Onslaught	Instant	Affinity for artifacts (This spell costs {1} less to cast for each artifact you control.) Creatures you control get +2/+1 until end of turn.
		Charge of the Mites	Instant	Choose one— • Charge of the Mites deals damage equal to the number of creatures you control to target creature or planeswalker. • Create two 1/1 colorless Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens with toxic 1 and "This creature can't block." (Players dealt combat damage by them also get a poison counter.)	2 1/1s
	-	Vanish into Eternity	Instant	This spell costs {3} more to cast if it targets a creature. Exile target nonland permanent.
Blue		Aspirant's Ascent	Instant	Until end of turn, target creature gets +1/+3 and gains flying and toxic 1. (Players dealt combat damage by that creature also get a poison counter.)
		Minor Misstep	Instant	Counter target spell with mana value 1 or less.
		Bring the Ending	Instant	Counter target spell unless its controller pays {2}. Corrupted — Counter that spell instead if its controller has three or more poison counters.
		Experimental Augury	Instant	Look at the top three cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and rest on the bottom of your library in any order. Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
		Prologue to Phyresis	Instant	Each opponent gets a poison counter. Draw a card.
		Serum Snare	Instant	Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. If that permanent had mana value 3 or less, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
		Chrome Prowler	Artifact Creature	Flash When Chrome Prowler enters the battlefield, tap target creature an opponent controls.	3/2
		Reject Imperfection	Instant	Counter target spell. If that spell's mana value was 3 or less, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
		Mindsplice Apparatus	Artifact	Flash At the beginning of your upkeep, put an oil counter on Mindsplice Apparatus. Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost {1} less to cast for each oil counter on Mindsplice Apparatus.
Black		Whisper of the Dross	Instant	Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn. Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
		Black Sun's Twilight	Instant	Up to one target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn. If X is 5 or more, return a creature card with mana value X or less from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
		Anoint with Affliction	Instant	Exile target creature if it has mana value 3 or less. Corrupted — Exile that creature instead if its controller has three or more poison counters.
		Offer Immortality	Instant	Target creature gains deathtouch and indestructible until end of turn. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)
		Sheoldred's Edict	Instant	Choose one • Each opponent sacrifices a nontoken creature. • Each opponent sacrifices a creature token. • Each opponent sacrifices a planeswalker.
		Vraska's Fall	Instant	Each opponent sacrifices a creature or planeswalker and gets a poison counter.
Red		Free from Flesh	Instant	Target creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn. Put two oil counters on it.
		Hexgold Slash	Instant	Hexgold Slash deals 2 damage to target creature. If that creature has toxic, Hexgold Slash deals 4 damage to that creature instead.
	-	Rebel Salvo	Instant	Affinity for Equipment (This spell costs {1} less to cast for each Equipment you control.) Rebel Salvo deals 5 damage to target creature or planeswalker. That permanent loses indestructible unil end of turn.
		Blazing Crescendo	Instant	Target creature gets +3/+1 until end of turn. Exile the top card of your library. Until the end of your next turn, you may play that card.
		Thrill of Possibility	Instant	As an additional cost to cast this spell, discard a card. Draw two cards.
		Volt Charge	Instant	Volt Charge deals 3 damage to any target. Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
Green		Tyvar's Stand	Instant	Target creature you control gets +X/+X and gains hexproof and indestructible until end of turn. (A creature with hexproof and indestructible can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control. Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)
		Titanic Growth	Instant	Target creature gets +4/+4 until end of turn.
		Infectious Bite	Instant	Target creature you control deals damage equal to its power to target creature you don't control. Each opponent gets a poison counter.
		Maze's Mantle	Enchantment	Flash Enchant creature When Maze's Mantle enters the battlefield, if enchanted creature has toxic, that creature gains hexproof until end of turn. Enchanted creature gets +2/+2.
