Modern Horizons is officially out on Magic Online and releases in the paper world on Friday, which means it's time to break down the impact of the set on various constructed formats. A couple of days ago we discussed Pauper and Modern is coming tomorrow, but today is Commander day! Does Modern Horizons live up to its snarky "Commander Masters" nickname?
