Instant Deck Tech time! This week we'll be checking out Kaladesh across all formats, with a Standard, a Modern, a Legacy and even a Vintage deck that are using the new cards! Today we're heading to Modern to check out a deck that's playing three new Kaladesh cards: Filigree Familiar, Chandra, Torch of Defiance, and Authority of the Consuls: Kiki Evolution!
