Instant Deck Tech time! We've played Heartless Summoning in Modern before, but today's build is a bit different. Instead of using the enchantment to combo off, this build is looking to use it like a mega-ramp spell to play huge creature really quickly, with a backup plan of Mindslaver locking the opponent!
