Instant Deck Tech time! A few weeks ago we had an Instant Deck Tech featuring a Naya Superfriends deck for Standard that proved to be both popular and powerful. Well, today we are looking at a similar deck that drops red for blue to take advantage of Narset Transcendent, counterspells, and some spicy sideboard planeswalkers!
