Instant Deck Tech time! It's Tier Thursday here in Instant Deck Tech land, and this week we are doing something a little bit different. Instead of Modern, Legacy or Standard, we are heading to Pauper to check out the new best deck in the format now that Peregrine Drake has been banned: Affinity!
