Guilds of Ravnica Guild Kits release November 2, 2018 with an MSRP of $19.99. Each deck comes with 60-cards, 1 spindown life counter, 1 official guild pin, and 1 guild sticker. The decks are not Standard legal (unless the card is from a Standard-legal set). Note that the guild leaders will be premium foils with alternate art, and the basic lands will have special guild frames as seen below.
