Commander Clash 16: 2v2! Phyrexia vs. Eldrazi

Hello and welcome to another Commander Clash, a video series where several MTGGoldfish contributors battle in a four player Commander game for fun and bragging rights. This week we're pairing up to do a 2v2 game, where the ever-evolving forces of Phyrexia (championed by Seth and Richard) will do battle against the world-devouring Eldrazi (led by Jake and Tomer).

Our version of 2v2 is not quite Two-Headed Giant, since unfortunately Magic Online no longer supports the format. One big difference is that our allied pairs are technically still treated as opponents for the purposes of card rulings. Because of this, we've agreed beforehand to play "fair," so no targeting your ally with Fact or Fiction as an easy way to draw all five cards.

Will the Phyrexians manage to compleat the Eldrazi and bring them into the fold, or will the Eldrazi devour the Phyrexians, leaving nothing but white dust? Click on the video to find out! But first, a quick reminder: if you enjoy Commander Clash and other video content here on MTGGoldfish, make sure to subscribe to the MTGGoldfish Youtube Channel to keep up with the latest and greatest.

Next Week: Anything Goes!

Each of us have at least one deck that we've always wanted to try out but never had a chance to yet play in Commander Clash. So next week will be our opportunity to play anything and see how it goes! Can you guess which decks each of us will play? Are we so predictable? You can reach out to us with your predictions in the comments section below or tweet me @BudgetCommander. As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated, be it thoughts on the game, ideas on how to improve the series, or suggestions for future themes; we read all of them and bring them up in discussions. Thanks for watching!

Clarion Conqueror shutting down every Badgermole Cub and more is such a funny and mean thing to do but will buy us enough time for our Azorius Tempo deck to close out.
