Battle for Zendikar Event Deck and Intro Pack Decklists

We have the complete decklists for the Battle for Zendikar Event Deck and Intro Packs. Let's see what's inside!

Battle for Zendikar Event Deck

The Event Deck is just teeming with value. Wizards is serious about reprinting expensive cards in easy-to-get products. The MSRP of the Event Deck is $24.99, but it contains Hangarback Walker - $18, Whisperwood Elemental - $5, Tasigur, the Golden Fang - $7, Evolutionary Leap - $3, Warden of the First Tree - $3, Llanowar Wastes - $2. That's a lot of value — $38 not including cards < $1. The good news is not only are these cards expensnive, but they're good. This deck is a good starting point in Standard and heck, even contains multiple Modern playables. The Event Deck is currently selling for $24 on Amazon.com and ~$21 on eBay. You can track the price history of the Event Deck on the Battle for Zendikar Event Deck page.

Battle for Zendikar Intro Packs

The Intro Packs are less exciting. No particularly expensive cards show up in the decklists. These decks have an MSRP of $14.99 and are geared to newer players getting into the game. Each deck does come with two Battle for Zendikar packs to help customize the deck (and shore up value). Intro Packs are going for $16 on Amazon.com or about $55 for the complete set on eBay ($11 each).

Single Scoop: Aerith Joins Soul Sisters

Soul Sisters is a beloved archetype by many and thanks to Aerith, this deck is loaded with Ajani's Pridemate effects. Hopefully, she can outlast Standard better than she did with Sephiroth.
