Banned and Restricted Update, April 28 2017: Felidar Guardian Banned
In a surprising move, Wizards is updating the previous Banned and Restricted announcement to include a banning of Felidar Guardian in Standard, effective April 28, 2017 (April 27, 2017 for Magic Online). Their rationale is data collected from Magic Online suggested that the Saheeli-Felidar win rate has increased since the release of Amonkhet on Magic Online.
