2nd the Voltron Vehicles the Slivers

If opponent has no counterspell skip Root Sliver and hope they would not kill it

The is the best scenario and / or sequence
After the Commander
Initial Slivers that need to be cast are Crystalline and Hibernation secure protection and hard to kill then sequence as Gemhide, Heart and Quick. And your set and online!!!
As much as posible cast on your opponents end turn you can choose any assortment of finisher

Always protect Crystalline and Hibernation

I tested and find these might come in earlier
Constricting Sliver for deadly commander with less casting cost
Harmonic Sliver for irritating Enchantment and Arifact, and remember to lift him up with Hibernation to your hand once your okay no other thing to be destroy.

Ultimate Finisher Infinite Mana
Queen Sliver and Basal with:
Necrotic destroy all your opponent permanents. (will need Gemhide or ability cost reducer)
Lavabelly Infinite gains life and damages.

The Lock Out
First Sliver, Constricting, Dormant and Telekinetic.
Cascade while exiling opponents creatures, Tap opponents lands and draw card
You may pay 2 life put Dormant to your hands and attack on your turn.

Aggro Broods
Sliver Legion, Brood Sliver and Shifting in addition:
Bonescythe for more lethal damage
Syphon to add some life if needed
Unblockable Sliver will produce more tokens and they will grow further
to take it safe put Brood and attack some or all of them to get more Sliver Tokens to defend, you may add Syphon if need some life.

Spiteful Pinger Damage
Sliver Hivelord, Psionic and Spiteful may add:
Syphon if need some life.
Venom One ping creatures to death
Gives 5 damages to opponent on direct ping

Defensive Strike
Venom and Striking
If opponent is an aggro you may start with these 2 earlier, only works if opponents has no first strike and double strike, its a total one shot kill defence

Support
As I mention might come in earlier Harmonic, Sedge, Darkheart and Dregscape for last resort and make sure you have a lots of mana take Infinite combo route.

Extra copy of the others for back up Galerider, Talon, Manaweft, Crypt, Megantic, Diffusion, and Cloudshredder

Evacuation on you opponents turn before end of turn, Tap float mana and recast the initial 5 Sliver, only work if no counter or removal and start sequence with Quick, Crystalline, Hibernation, Gemhide and Heart
