- Rampaging Ferocidon is unbanned.
Modern:
- Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis banned.
- Faithless Looting is banned.
- Stoneforge Mystic is unbanned.
Vintage:
- Karn, the Great Creator is restricted.
- Mystic Forge is restricted.
- Mental Misstep is restricted.
- Golgari Grave-Troll is restricted.
- Fastbond is unrestricted.
