Upgrading C14 Blue: Release the Kraken
Are you that annoying blue mage in your playgroup? Bounce, tap, counter, bounce, draw, draw some more, counter, you lose? Fret not, today we're going to upgrade the Commander 2014 Blue Deck, Peer Through Time, and free you from your oppressive ways. It's time to channel your inner-Timmy and be next Garruk. Blue is the new Green. Teferi, Temporal Archmage is a big ramping planeswalker and we're going to call upon our friends from the deep blue sea to wreak havoc on these land-dwellers.
The Ramp
We're going to need mana. Lots of mana. Use these artifacts and lands to help ramp up your mana quickly. Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx is absolutely nasty with Teferi, Temporal Archmage's minus if you have any creatures on the battlefield.
Mana Rocks
These mana-rocks all produce abundant mana. Use Teferi, Temporal Archmage to untap them to get crazy amounts of mana flowing.
The Quest
So now that we have ample mana, what should we do? How about we go on a quest.. Quest for Ula's Temple will let us draw our deep sea fatties and potentially cast them for free.
The Fatties
What lurks in the deep sea? Krakens, Leviathans, Octupuses, Serpents and Elementals! Pretty much every Magic set contains some outrageous big blue fatty. Dig through your collection and find some to unleash! Here are some to get you started:

Having all of these sea dwellers in our deck enables a sweet standard card ...

Card Draw / Selection
It wouldn't be a blue deck if we didn't have a little card selection and card draw. We need these to ensure we draw our cards when we need them. Don't include counterspells. Don't be that guy. Plus we'll be tapping out for fatty after fatty so we won't have mana available for counter-shenanigans.
Teferi's Friend
If you plan on using Teferi, Temporal Archmage's ultimate, you'll need some planeswalkers. Bonus: Tezzeret the Seeker untaps your mana rocks!
